Responsibilities
- Senior leader responsible for hiring, growth and management of a world-class large UX team focused on UX strategy, research and design (end-to-end UX).
- Evangelize and drive thought leadership to influence & educate stakeholders on UX product strategy, research, design thinking, and agile transformation.
- Build relationship with senior leadership on both business and technology teams for impactful and effective engagement of UX teams on products and applications.
- Drive initiatives for UX excellence for the growth of team to establish research KPIs and metrics, best practices, processes, knowledge base, design systems, AA accessibility guidelines, standardized templates for quality UX artifacts.
- Hands-on experience with UX strategy, discovery/generative research, design workshops, A/B usability testing, moderated and unmoderated research & other activities for delivering high-end research, POCs & designs for B2B / Enterprise apps.
- Expert in implementation of UX strategy, research and design on Pegasysems and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
- Manage resource alignment, allocation and funding on UX projects.
- Performance management, talent planning, development planning, goals, roadmap, career path for the overall team and individuals and fostering a culture of appreciation.
- Conduct/participate in connects with Managers, Skip levels, Senior Leadership and direct report 1-1s, knowledge sharing brownbag sessions and team bonding activities.
- Evaluation and proficiency of all the latest research, design and collaboration tools.
- Manage UX Team performance stats and metrics (CSAT, NPS and more).
